Whether it’s LTL or full truckload, we match each shipment with the most efficient and cost-effective carrier based on your location and timeline.

Once your order ships, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can track shipments directly through the carrier’s website—USPS, UPS, FedEx, or your assigned freight carrier. For wholesale or freight orders, our team also provides BOLs and tracking links for real-time updates. Need help? Our support team is always here to assist with any tracking questions.

If your package appears stuck in transit, don’t worry—this can occasionally happen due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or routing issues. We recommend first checking the tracking link for any updates. If there’s been no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we’ll reach out to the carrier directly to file a trace or open an investigation. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We ship nationwide within the United States, including all 50 states. For freight and wholesale orders, we coordinate delivery to both commercial and residential addresses, depending on your needs. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, but we’re happy to work with freight forwarders or third-party logistics partners if needed.
